SAP Ariba Subscription Integration Creating Duplicate Import Set Records

Hi everyone,

I am using the OOTB SAP Ariba Subscription Integration Profile in ServiceNow.

As part of the integration, I upload 4 CSV files extracted from SAP Ariba to the Subscription Integration Profile. The files are processed successfully, and the corresponding Import Set records are created.

However, I am facing an issue where the same data is being loaded multiple times into the Import Set/staging tables.

For example:

• In one table, the same records are loaded 4 times.
• In another table, the same records are loaded 8 times.
• In another table, the same records are loaded 2 times.

All these records are created by the admin user.

I am trying to understand whether this is expected OOTB behavior of the SAP Ariba Subscription integration or if there is some configuration causing the data to be processed multiple times.

Has anyone faced a similar issue with duplicate records being created during SAP Ariba Subscription data loading?

What should I check to identify why the same CSV data is being processed multiple times?

Hi @SatishM, I’ve not yet used the integration and got your point about duplicate record processed in a import set. As the import set and transform is part of the staging and not reflecting the final output, my question is - does the final result in SAM Pro for your product in scope is as expected and contains no duplicates? If so, is it worth to dig deeper into this when the outcome is correct?
