Hi Team,

 

I am working on a Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) implementation and need guidance on the following issue.

 

Problem Statement - We are integration ServiceNow SAM pro with OpenLM and want to know how to achieve that functionality. We want to get the usage data of the product for OpenLM eg Autocad and Dassualt.

What do we need for this Integration. Which Port has to be enabled and how the two system will communicate.
