ServiceNow leverages a default 3×3 Priority Matrix to automatically assign ticket priorities based on Impact (business impact) and Urgency (resolution urgency).
The matrix is highly flexible and can be customized using built-in data lookup rules instead of modifying hard-coded scripts.
