PDIs are not supported by ServiceNow

So if you already tried couple of times, then get another instance and try installing there.

Hi @lukest 

 

Instead of using the instance's  Application Manager :

  • log in to the ServiceNow Developer site.
  • Go to your profile menu,
  • click Activate Plugin,
  • search for Software Asset Management Professional,
  • and select it for installation
