Workday Integration Issue

Could anyone  please clarify how work email data is integrated from Workday to ServiceNow? Also, do we need to configure anything on the ServiceNow side to support this integration?

Just confirm you are looking for this integration as part of SAM pro integration to bring software usage data 

OR Workday user attribute value you want fetch to Servcienow.

Asking because , for both the cases user email gets fetched.

Hi @Devika  ,

First  Sharing you with old versioned doc as when I did it in 2024 end, I followed the same. In Zurich/Australia , details are less.

Based on your instance version , select the document.

1. Integrating with Workday 

2. Workday team will share Endpoint with credential - you will create Direct integration profile by that.

3. All Workwer category, application  mapping would be there in related list. Based on your scope , you have to keep active/deactivate it.

4. point 3 whatever , you will select , check with Workday team for the usage count. They will provide the list. same count you should  receive in Subscription table. Reconcile the data according to that.
