Workday Integration Issue

Could anyone  please clarify how work email data is integrated from Workday to ServiceNow? Also, do we need to configure anything on the ServiceNow side to support this integration?

what's your exact issue?

workday is used in HRSD for HR data and syncs data to ServiceNow HR tables
