Hi @Devika
The ServiceNow and Workday integration with direct integration profile is designed to align employee HR data with software entitlements and subscription usage.
The integration brings in specific employee and job-related data to ensure licenses are assigned to active users and mapped to accurate roles
Following data inserted to Servicenow . ServiceNow provides some configuration (Filtering kind of) under Direct integration profile where you can define which data you want to insert into ServiceNow.
Worker / Employee ID
Name
Work email
Employment status (active / terminated)
Worker type (employee vs contingent)
Hire and termination dates
Org, cost center, or supervisory org
Business location

Hi @Tanushree Maiti,
We are in the process of integrating Workday with SAM Pro and would like to know the following information with respect to your answer.
1) Which Workday API's are involved in the Integration process
2) Complete list of fields from workday integration
3) Expected data flow between the systems (field mapping)
4) High level Architecture
5) Any design documentation for Workday SaaS integration
Actually the Workday SPOC person from the client side wants these information and they won't approve the integration process until we provide them the above details with some solid evidence. So kindly share links/evidences if you have any. Thanks in advance.

Hi @ankurc2
First Sharing you with old versioned doc as when I did it in 2024 end, I followed the same. In Zurich/Australia , details are less.
Based on your instance version , select the document.
2. Workday team will share Endpoint with credential - you will create Direct integration profile by that.
3. All Workwer category, application mapping would be there in related list. Based on your scope , you have to keep active/deactivate it.
4. point 3 whatever , you will select , check with Workday team for the usage count. They will provide the list. same count you should receive in Subscription table. Reconcile the data according to that.
All the best!
