Hello San Antonio SNUG Members!
It's time to start planning the next San Antonio SNUG (tentatively scheduled for late Sept). In order to kick things off, we are looking for customers who want to:
- Present: SNUG presentations are typically 30-minutes in length - the perfect amount of time to share your best practice or share/demo an innovation!
- Host: Show off your company and invite peers to attend!
- Help plan: Consider being a co-leader to assist with defining the agenda and priorities for the event
If interested, please reply to this article or email me at: angie.zuniga@servicenow.com
If you'd like to learn more before deciding, the SNUG Customer Participation Guide provides detailed information about various ways customers can participate in the SNUG! It also includes best practices for presenting at or hosting a SNUG event.
Please reach out to me if you are interested in presenting, hosting, or participating as a SNUG Leader/steering committee member.
My Best,
Angie Zuniga

Hey Carlos - We are active, with some staff in San Antonio. I am in Fort Worth. Deep technical skill - we have a patent in Asset Lifecycle Optimization (US20080114700A1) if Asset or CMDB/CSDM and ITBM/SPM are of interest or need in your environment. Our CEO was actually one of the authors/developers of the original Asset Management module/functionality in ServiceNow. We are happy to help. david@polaristg.com. -david p-
