We are looking still for a SNUG Leader for San Diego!
SNUG Leaders must be employed by a ServiceNow customer and not be a ServiceNow partner.
Here is a snapshot of the role of the SNUG Leader:
- Participate in planning calls to ensure events are aligned to the needs of the member community including dates, venues, and topics
- Assist in getting customer speakers, hosts, and venue locations
- Recruit/work with steering committee members to gather broader feedback on the needs of the group
- Emcee at meetings if possible
- Provide program feedback and ideas
- Assist in assessing potential partner sponsors
- Promote online community involvement by posting questions and blogs to encourage an on-going dialog with community members and to help identify customer speakers, hosts, and steering committee members
- ** SNUG Leaders must be ServiceNow customers - Partners are not allowed
The SNUG leader does not have to host events or arrange them in any way. They play the important role of helping us ensure that members get the most value from attending SNUG meetings and to keep the conversation going by participating in the on-line SNUG community.
The timing could not be better as we are planning a SNUG meeting right now!
SNUG Leaders play an elevated role within the community and receive special recognition at SNUG meetings, on-line, and at Knowledge.
If you are interested, please send an email to SNUGS@servicenow.com and tell us about your experience with ServiceNow and why you’re are interested in being the new SNUG Leader for San Diego.

Hi Tracy,
Do have any estimate of what kind of time commitment would be required?

Hello!
Please forgive my delayed reply! I would estimate 2 hours or so when we are planning the SNUG meetings (~2x/year) and the time to attend the SNUG meetings. Additional time might be at Knowledge.
