@Jacob Loretto Continuous learning and up-skilling is key to survive in ServiceNow eco-system. There are many different product lines, and training & certification is the only way to learn and validate your knowledge.
Currently, I am enrolled for some Gen AI related courses on Now learning and planning to finish your delta on this weekend.

I have completed my Delta exams and for anyone else , they should complete as soon as possible don't wait for the last day which is 15th April.

This year, I’m organizing my trainings in three progressive levels:
Basic – focused on introducing the roles of Business Process Consultant (BPC), Engagement Manager (EM), and Product Owner (PO), and how each one contributes to ServiceNow projects from a business perspective.
Intermediate – centered on the Engagement Manager journey: aligning client vision, managing deliveries, and understanding how to navigate the ServiceNow ecosystem effectively.
Advanced – focused on techniques that helped me grow into a project manager, including strategic leadership and offering personalized mentorship for professionals transitioning into leadership roles within the ServiceNow space.
All trainings are 100% based on real-life project experience and tailored for the business side of the platform.
