Seeking Short Customer Demos at San Francisco Holiday SNUG on December 18th

We've finalized location and dates for our San Francisco Holiday SNUG meeting on December 18th. If you don't already know, we recently split the original Bay Area SNUG into the new San Francisco SNUG and the Silicon Valley SNUG.

We want to do a Lightning Round of mini demos or presentations from 2 to 3 customer volunteers - 15 minutes or less - about your specific targeted bits of your ServiceNow implementation. While we'll certainly entertain most ideas which would useful to the Community, here's a list of a few content items we thought of, some topics which have been asked for previously:

• Something innovative you've done with Service Portal that you think others may benefit from?
• What method(s) do you use for CMDB Discovery?
• How did you implement Chat?
• What does your Knowledge Management workflow look like?
• How are you use Change Management?
• How are you using Agent Workspace?
