Hello all,
given the success of the video tutorials for new customers of Security Operations apps, we have decided to crank things up a bit in 2020, particularly regarding Vulnerability Response. I am glad to share with you what we have in store for you.
1- A comprehensive program of video tutorials
After taking a long look at what makes ServiceNow customers successful with Vulnerability Response, we have put together a schedule of topics that are deemed critical to master. In other words, here is the program of video tutorials that we will be working towards in 2020.
This is of course aspirational and there might be some changes as we roll it out.
If you would like to help put together one of these tutorials, or to see other topics covered, please let us know in the comments below.
2- A dedicated Community area for new users of Vulnerability Response
Your success is our priority. We will bring all this information and knowledge, so critical for new users into one dedicated space. This is still work in progress, thank you for your patience.
