[Announcement] How to attend the Security Operations roadmap presentations in May 2021.

Hello all,

We thrive to make our Security Operations customers, partners and users as successful as possible.

One of the ways to work towards this, is to share the product vision, strategy and upcoming features through roadmap presentations we hold every quarter or so since early last year.

Over time, these very special calls have also become a valuable opportunity for participants to help drive the product roadmap itself by sharing their feedback.

Many hundreds of customers, partners and users have already benefitted from these sessions and their enthusiastic response encourages us to do more.

In Q2 2021, we will hold separate roadmap calls for Vulnerability Response (May 6-7) and for Security Incident Response (May 18-19).

If your organization is a licensed Security Operations customer or a certified partner and you use one of the Security Operations product, you may be entitled to attend these sessions.

All registration details are available in the private Roadmap forum (log-in required).

If you do not have access to this forum, please contact your ServiceNow Account Executive who will request access on your behalf (note that access cannot be granted to community IDs that are not linked to a corporate email address, e.g. gmail.com, hotmail.com etc addresses cannot be granted access).
