Introducing the new Now Create Vulnerability Response Success Pack
As you probably know, at ServiceNow we are in the business of re-inventing work so it's so much easier and rewarding for our customers; or as we like to say: “Making work, work better for people”.
A massive part of that is using AI and machine learning to automate common workflows so the boring, repetitive tasks that make work dull can be done by machines and you can focus on the much more satisfying stuff like meeting challenges and making the most of new opportunities.
But none of that would make much sense if it was really hard to implement our software! That’s why we developed Now Create success packs to make the out-of-the-box experience of ServiceNow intuitive, fast, and immediately successful. Experience has taught us that the same principles for a successful implementation of ServiceNow can be applied on an organization-by-organization basis, adjusting to your specific circumstances and needs. As a result, we have developed prescriptive, step-by-step guidance as to the best way to introduce ServiceNow modules into your organization.
But success packs do more than that. The clue is in the name! We didn’t call them “Easy Implementation Packs”. We used the word “Success” for a reason - because we want our customers to SUCCEED. Success packs are about real outcomes and business value. They are designed not only to help you implement but also to use these new tools to achieve real outcomes.
Today I’m excited to announce that we are making this methodology available for our Vulnerability Response solution, which helps organizations respond faster and more efficiently to vulnerabilities, connect security and IT teams, and provide real-time visibility. It connects the workflow and automation capabilities of the Now Platform® with vulnerability scan data from leading vendors to give your teams a single platform for response that can be shared between security and IT.
This success pack will support organizations to expand and accelerate their vulnerability management through integrations and automation so people and organizations can work better together. But in terms of outcomes, the Vulnerability Response success pack is designed to deliver on several specific goals:
