In a Playbook, the OOTB activity “Show List of Records” displays related records, but clicking the Open List button in the Playbook Activity Viewer does nothing in the Security Incident Response (SIR) Workspace.

Cause
The PLAYBOOK#OPEN_LIST event is mapped to a design-time preview handler in the Playbook Builder page. That handler only shows a notification and never opens the list. The SIR Workspace inherits this behavior because it renders the playbook through the same component.

Workaround
This workaround adds an event mapping on the page that hosts the playbook component in UI Builder:

  1. Open the SIR Workspace page in UI Builder and select the Playbook component (the one that displays the activity viewer).
  2. Under Events, click Add event mapping and choose the PLAYBOOK#OPEN_LIST event.
  3. Add an Open list handler with Open page or URL as the action, pointing to the record page (/record).
  4. Configure the parameters:
    • table: @context.props.table
    • sysId: @context.props.sysId
    • extraParams: subTabIndex/<related table>.task, for example subTabIndex/sn_ti_m2m_task_observable.task
    • selectedTabIndex: the index of the related list tab (for example, 5)
  5. Save and publish. Test with a new record that has the playbook run.
