Ever wondered why an integration run took three hours, or whether two integrations are fighting for the same queue? I built a small scoped app to help answer those questions.
Exposure Management Integration Run Analytics reads your integration run, process, and related records, for both Integration Framework and legacy integrations, and puts them in one dashboard. (available in Security Exposure Management workspace as a Dashboards as well as Platform Analytics)
What you can use it for
- Baseline a new integration: confirm it runs on the cadence and success rate you expect before you tune anything.
- Triage slow ingestion: see whether time goes to the scanner API, queue wait, or processing, with the top processing contributors called out.
- Make scaling decisions with evidence: see when added data sources or import pools make sense, alongside node and pool counts, and whether created work is outpacing completed work.
- De-conflict schedules: spot integrations that overlap and stagger them using the suggested run windows.
- Triage failures: see failed, timed-out, and cancelled runs, whether failures are chronic or isolated, and the recent error notes.
- Catch silent successes: find integrations that complete successfully but import nothing.
- Validate your changes: compare equal date windows before and after a change to see whether it helped.
Why it’s low risk to try
- It is a scoped app, so it stays separate from your core configuration and can be decoupled easily.
- It only reads data. It does not write to your records.
