I am currently working on a batch of notifications for GRC, IRM, VR and TPRM modules. My goal is to enable and configure these notifications, verify the email templates and ensure they trigger correctly under the right conditions.
While I know I could use a background script to force-trigger these notifications, I am looking for a better, more "native" approach for the following reasons:
Lifecycle Visibility: I want to see exactly how the platform processes these events, how the notification lifecycle behaves in a real-world scenario.
Traceability: When triggered via background script it is often difficult to find the corresponding record in the workspace or verify the proper context/log trail that a standard user-driven event would create.
Could you please advise on the best practice for testing these notification batches? Specifically:
