Issue Facing : I am trying to make an option inactive present in "Request Exception" UI action present in Test Result Group form. The option comes in a dropdown after clicking Request Exception button named as False Positive.
Steps Performed for deactivation of the choice:
1. Gone to sys_choice table and opened the record for "False Positive" present inside "resolution" element.
2. Changed the scope to Configuration Compliance as the sn_vulc_result_group table is present inside that app. But after doing it I can not select the table and thus can not make the record Inactive.
Does anyone has any idea about it? Please respond.
Thanks, Nilotpal

@Vortex11 may i ask why you need to change the table? just tick inactive box and the value will be disable
1. go to sys_choice table and opened the record for "False Positive" present inside "resolution" element.
2. Changed the scope to Configuration Compliance the set Inactive to true

@Ahmed Drar , Thanks for the response,
I have already followed the step and gone to sys_choice table and opened the record for "False Positive" present inside "resolution" element. But when changing the scope to "Configuration Compliance" I am getting "Read Only" for the page.
info message : This record is in the Global application, but Configuration Compliance is the current application. To edit this record click To edit the record clickhere.
Then when trying to click here and going to global scope I am not getting the table which I have already depicted in the question.
Any leads?

@Ahmed Drar , I have already gone through the steps, but would let you know that when I am changing the scope to "Configuration Compliance" the platform is not giving me edit option, as it is saying the record is in global scope.

@Ahmed Drar , thankyou for the response,
I have already followed the process, but when I am going to sys_choice table and openeing the record for "False Positive" present inside "resolution" element and changing the scope to Configuration Compliance it is not giving the option to edit anything in fact the whole page is in "Read Only" mode.
