Hello all,
We have a requirement to defer VIT's and capture exception number against those deferrals. The exceptions are raised in a 3rd party system and the exception data is synchronized in a custom ServiceNow table called 'bwise exception table'.
So, we have to customize the UI pages for bulk edit and individual edits.
After the VITs are deferred, the exception numbers would be stored on the VITs in a custom field referring to the 'bwise exception table'.
Is there a better way to handle this?
