Discovered Items not populated

Dear Experts,
I am on a Orca Vul Response Security plugin 3.0.0, however it has been observed that the VIT are not displaying the discovered Items.. it has happening for a chunk of devices and I could see that there are CI matching rule issues. However, there are some devices which have matched but the discovered items are still not getting populated.
I went through this article but could not find details regarding the issue..
Does some one has come across this issues ?

Thank you so much for your reply @Tanushree Maiti . However, the issue is not one of in this article.. I am facing two issues here:
- Even though I have a CI matched I can see multiple entries of the same Ci in the discovered items table, and it is not a duplicate..
- It is purely unmatched CI and it is not going through the CI look up rules.
