Does ServiceNow encrypt all our data at rest?

We're going through a security audit and this question was posed to us...."Does ServiceNow encrypt all our data at rest?"   Is this something done by ServiceNow or do we need to arrange for this?

Thank you @mikeadler  , @Jeff Currier for your answer , so can I consider that no natif/OOB encrytion at database level  provided by ServiceNow ? and that I have to activate optional plugin to have encryption at field and attachement level which are not free ?
The only plugin I checked in my dev instance which is free is "Encryption support" if i'm not wrong  :
