I have a script include to update tickets on the sn_si_incident and sn_si_request tables based on whether i want to update an SIR or an SR.
Now when the script include is executed to update the sn_si_incident table its updating perfectly as expected. However i am getting an error "Source descriptor is empty while recording access for script include Z_OpsGenieUtilsV2: no thrown error" When the script executes and attempts to update the sn_si_request table. The script include is in the same scope "Security Incident Response" application as the sn_si_request table so i dont think its a restricted access issue.
Need some assistance
