Email Parse for External Vendor Requests

Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on a task related to evaluating the Email Parser for External Vendor Requests. In our context, External Vendor Requests refer specifically to T-Systems and OBS.

My question is:
Is it technically feasible or even recommended to set up an Email Parser for their internal process? I'm a bit unclear whether such a parser can be effectively used given their role as external vendors.

Any insights or best practices from similar setups would be highly appreciated.

The question is what the issue is. Why is this needed? They are a vendor, so always ask yourself why you should be making changes to your process/instance because of their processes. 

In fact: any changes on their side, will take resources from you to adjust everything. The fact that they can't handle something on their side, does not mean that you have to fix it.
