Getting scope error on security incident form

Hi all,

 

I am getting the error 'Read operation on table 'sn_si_calculator_group' from scope 'Security Support Common' was denied. The application 'Security Incident Response' must declare a Restricted Caller Access privilege. Please contact the application admin to update their access requests.' as seen below

I created below RCA and it did not fix it

I also created below scope privilege

the sys_db_object record for the table is as below

Any idea what can be causing this and whats the fix?

Hi @Ravish Shetty 

 

Just validate the steps again -

A. Ensure your have set correct scope ( Security Support Common)

B.Navigate to System Security > Restricted Caller Access > New.

  • Set following in forms
  1. Source Scope: Security Incident Response
  2. Source Type: Application
  3. Target Scope: Security Support Common
  4. Target Type: Table
  5. Target Table: sn_si_calculator_group
  6. Operation: Read
  7. Status: Allowed
  • Save / Submit the record

C. Navigate to navigator->type cache.do and hit enter to delete instance cache

D. Check the result.
