Hello Community, I need to associate multiple CIs with a single security incident record in the Security Incident Response application form. How can I achieve this?

@gthapa ,
You can’t use the oob Configuration Item reference field on the Security Incident form to hold more than one CI (because it’s a single value reference field), but what you can do is add a related list (many to many or child table) of CIs (or a custom Affected CIs / Associated CIs list) to the Security Incident record, and then show that related list on the form (via form layout or workspace configuration) so users can pick multiple CIs for a single incident......
If you found my response helpful, please mark it as ‘Accept as Solution’ and ‘Helpful’. This helps other community members find the right answer more easily and supports the community.
