How to place Rich Content at the top of the page in ESC portal

Hi,

 

I’m customizing the Employee Center (ESC) portal and need to place a Rich Content component (banner) at the top of the page, above other widgets/modules.

I want to display a highlighted red color image at the top of the page. I tried using Page Designer but it’s not working.

 

Can someone guide me on how to achieve this?

@Hari S1  while you tried with page designer, are you getting any error.

By default topic header is top. May be positions changed due to customizations in page layout.   Also make sure you should be in Employee Center scope while changing page layout for ESC
