Load Demo Data not working

Hi,

We have a unload.demo folder in our repository where we store the demo data files for our scoped application. After installing the application and clicking "Load Demo Data", we receive a success message, but no data is actually inserted.

However, when we side-load the application using a ZIP file and perform the same action, the demo data loads correctly.

Could you please help us understand why this is happening and how we can resolve it?

Really? Wouldn't it be better for a ServiceNow Employee to check this internally instead of reaching out to the community? It doesn't really give a lot of confidence if the creators of the OOB functionality need to reach out to external parties for this kind of information.
