Hi Team,
We are implementing Configuration compliance for our customer. we have an integration with third party scanner which brings in cloud misconfiguration and policy into ServiceNow.
we have stuck at lookup rule to populate CI info at Test result records.
I followed the below documentation with no success. @sivamallu
Cloud attributes from Vulnerability and Configurat... - ServiceNow Community
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards,
Arbaz

Hello Arbaz,
Can you provide more details about what you are attempting to do; such as the look up rule you are defining and the CI's/Test Result matches that should be occurring?
Thank you,

Hi Alec,
The integration creates Discovered Items (DIs) and each DI contains a unique Resource ID coming from the scanner.
As per the community post, ServiceNow provides an OOB lookup rule type Named Resource ID for cloud resources.
I created a lookup rule selected the lookup type as Resource Id, but it is not bringing any CI info.
When I try to apply the lookup rule to selected DIs, I receive the message “Choose a valid DI”
Thanks,
Arbaz

Can you provide the configuration of the look up rule you created?
When you say it is not bringing any CI info; what do you mean by that?
Can you provide screenshots? It is hard to know what might be at issue here without the specific setup.
