Not getting Approval in Policy & Compliance Management

Hi,

When state is Awaiting Approval in Policies & Compliance Management its not triggering approval

so that Approver can Approve/Reject. If we tab on Request Approval UI Action state changes to Awaiting Approval but Approver can't able to approve it. pls let me know the resolution of the same.
