Hi Team,
While analyzing the Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Security Incident form in ServiceNow, I noticed a section labeled Predictive Intelligence in the Form Builder. This section contains two read-only fields:
- Machine Learning Prediction
- Confidence Score
It appears that this section has restricted visibility controlled by a client script, and it only becomes visible when these fields have values.
I would like to understand the following:
- What is the purpose of this Predictive Intelligence section?
- What integration or configuration is required to populate values in these fields?
