We are contacting you on behalf of our customer, who is reviewing the following community article:
"Announcement - Wiz Integration with ServiceNow SecOps" by andy_ojha (edited 2 weeks ago)

The customer is planning the transition from the Wiz built Store Apps to the new ServiceNow built Store App (“Vulnerability Response Integration with Wiz”) and has three specific questions for accurate internal/external communication:

1. After July 31, 2025, will the Wiz built Store Apps be removed from the ServiceNow Store?

2. After July 31, 2025, will it become impossible to newly install the Wiz built Store Apps on an instance?
   Or is it only that new access requests will no longer be approved (i.e., existing customers who already have the app are not considered “new requests”)?

3. At what exact time (JST) will this transition take effect?

The customer requires precise information to explain the transition and timeline correctly.
We would appreciate your clarification.

Hi

1. After July 31, 2025, will the Wiz built Store Apps be removed from the ServiceNow Store? - NO, There is no sunset plan. for the Wiz built apps yet

2. After July 31, 2025, will it become impossible to newly install the Wiz built Store Apps on an instance?
   Or is it only that new access requests will no longer be approved (i.e., existing customers who already have the app are not considered “new requests”)? - Customer can still install the Wiz built apps. But new feature requests are not entertained on the old wiz built apps, they will transition to maintenance mode. if the customer is installing the connectors for the first time, it is recomended to use the latest SN built apps to take the advantage of new adavanced VR features comming OOTB. SN also provides a migration script for the existing customers to transition to the new plugins
