Regarding Setting a form view once members of a particular group login to the service now

When members of a particular group like custodian logins to the service now than they should see the form view of Compliance and policy form directly without going through the filter navigator and search for the name. Pls let me know the resolutions of the same and steps to be followed.

Have you tried settign up the home page from user preferences. Set the required page as their home page. Also you can try Login redirect.

I have tried that as well, but this only holds true for a particular user, but I would like to see for all the members available in a particular group like Custodian

Hi @Naman Jain2412 , as suggested by Nikhil you can create a custom Homepage or you can utilize Redirect login.
To redirect user you can do following things:
1. Create a Business Rule to detect when a user logs in.
2. Check if users belongs to the custodian group.
3. Redirect them to the desired form view for example:/compliance_policy.do?sys_id=-1
