Hello All,
I requested a Xanadu version of a Service Now instance and everything is working with the base install. When I am trying to install install the Vulnerability Response application 26.2.2 version, after installing a bunch stuff, it seems to be stuck. This happens with or without demo data. I have waiting several hours, but the result is still the same.
Has anyone else experienced this? I would like to know what I am not paying attention to that needs to be corrected so I can move past this. I have included a screenshot of the installation progress window.
Thank you all,
TB

Hi @Tarbash2,
No need to worry. Sometimes, installing a plugin can take a while. Please don't take any action—just leave it as it is, and the plugin will be activated automatically.
Once the plugin is activated, the demo data will also be available in the instance if demo data check box enabled.
You can check plugin activation status , System Application -> Plugins -> Search "Vulnerability Response application 26.2.2 version" and check the status.
You can go to System log and check any error or warning related for plugin activation .
If you are still facing activation issues then raise HI support case.
Please mark helpful & correct answer if it's worthy for you.
