REMEDIATION TASK RULES CONFIG

Hi there,

 

I am trying to explore the configs for USEM workspace and have been having a hard time creating a new remediation task rule where the issue I am facing is the save button staying greyed out. I'd like to know if this is a common issue or have anyone faced this issue before and what is the solution hare. I have made sure my USEM migration was completed successfully and also have made sure the necessary roles per ServiceNow docs been added. Thank you.

Hi, we encountered the same issue, might be a bug in the newest plugin version possibly.

As a workaround, we created a record in a different instance with the older version and moved it via XML. Not the best, but worked for now.

Update the VR plugin to 30.3.4 , happened same with me. This version might not available for PDI .
