Security Incident Response - Adding OOTB fields

Hi,

I am trying to add the below two fields to our SIR workspace SIR form:

Correlation ID

External URL

I have bee able to this this in the back end but I cannot see a view for SIR workspace for configure the layout in that view. 

Please can someone help me understand how to add OOTB fields to appear in the SIR workspace SIR details tab view.

Hello @AoifeS,

To add Correlation ID and External URL to the SIR Workspace form, you need to configure the form specifically for the Workspace view.

1. Open a Security Incident (SIR) record.

2. Click Configure > Form Builder.

3. In Form Builder, switch the View to Service Operations Workspace (or the workspace view used by your SIR workspace).

   

4. From the left panel, locate the fields Correlation ID and External URL.

5. Drag and drop them into the desired section.

6. Save and publish the changes.

Once saved, refresh your SIR Workspace and the fields should appear in the SIR Details tab.
