SIR: How to customize the "Source" and "Alert Sensor" fields

Hi all,

I'd like to be able to customize the "Source" and "Alert Sensor" drop-down lists for SIR tickets.

Can you please either point me to documentation for that, or drop your first-hand knowledge in a reply?

Hi AJ,

These are just added entries in the:

- Source/Contact_type field

- Alert Sensor/alert_sensor field

 

Right click the field title to the left of the field box in each case and "Configure Choices".

Add your entries there.

Thanks for your help, Richard. That appears to be exactly what I was looking for!

Here's a little extra nugget for other who come across this: It looks like these values are also configurable via "system definition > choice lists."
