Sorting a related list field based on field value

Hi all, I want to have a permanent sort order for all security analysts who open an SIR and go to the "Associated Observables" related list. Once they go there, I want them to see the list is sorted based on the values inside the "Observable Type" field rather than a default a-z or z-a sorting.

So I want them to see the URL type observables at the very top, then domain observables, then hash file and then IPV4.

Can this be done? Thanks.
