Template Not Applied in Security Incident Response Workspace

Hi all,

 

I'm currently facing an issue in my implementation regarding templates, whether on sn_si_incidents or sn_si_tasks.

 

In the old UI, the user's have no problem applying the templates, however in the workspace, they are getting a message: Template Not Applied.

I'm a bit lost as the where to look, any hints on this would be greatly appreciated!

Did you recently upgrade?

Was this working fine earlier?

Hi,

 

I've just updated the Security Incident Response Workspace to the latest store version. I can't say whether or not this was working earlier as it's a new implementation. For the same reason, I know that nothing has been customised though...

Hi @Greg33 ,

 

It’s possible this issue was introduced in the recent update. Consider rolling back or testing on a fresh pre upgrade instance (if available) to compare behavior.....and another scenario would be, templates fail silently in Workspace if field level write ACLs are too restrictive....
