Training course: Security Operations Fundamentals

I just completed this 2 day virtual course, expertly led by Sean McLean.

I highly recommend it . Great balance of teaching and hands on labs. Whether you are new to Security Operations, or simply new to NOW's Security suite, this is a valuable introduction to the orchestration of VR, SIR and TI.

As a preamble to this course I also highly recommend to take the ServiceNow Fundamentals class (I took this one last month) and review the videos on this page.

This actually dovetails nicely into the recommendations of the pre-implementation webinar published earlier this week.

Hi Eric, thanks for sharing by I think you are using the wrong type for this considerations. This is supposed to be a question to replay, if you want you can choose other types such as: Article, Blog, that would fit better for the community styles and organization of content.
