Unable to retrieve Tenable query filters

when trying to pull data from tenable.sc using servicenow integration, i get 403 error. While checking the setup assistant it is observed that the query filter is not working as expected.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this issue? (bel

generally 403 indicates that its a permission issue.

But, you can also try the below check list and see if it helps

  • Verify API credentials and permissions.
  • Check user roles 
  • Adjust query filters in the Setup Assistant.
  • Review integration logs for detailed error messages.
  • Test with different query filters.
  • Update integration plugins and connectors.

i am not able to see any query filters in setup assistant. any idea on how to add/remove a query filter?

Ideally you should be able to view them unless you dont have specific permissions.

Can you send me the screenshot of what you are seeing?
