User Reported Phishing Email table has blank fields

Hello Team,

I am trying to create User Reported Phishing email but it is not populating the fields such as message id , reported by 
I have activated the flow as well but still these values are blank what is missing here please suggest

Hello Swathi,

How did you create this PHIS record? Did you manually upload a .eml file using the Security Incidents > Phishing Emails > Report Phish Email? 

Can you also check the Phishing Email Headers tab and confirm that those keys have values there?

Sorry for the delayed response. I created the Phishing from Security Incident workspace button Report Phish email. 
It works if i use this path Security Incidents > Phishing Emails > Report Phish Email?
