Vulnerability Response and Tenable.io Recasted Severities

Hello, we have a bunch of tenable plugins that were recast in tenable to a lower severity. None of these recasted severity values are reflected in ServiceNow, even though I see 'Recasted Severity'(true/false), 'Modified Severity', 'Severity' fields on the TPE record in ServiceNow. 

Is the intent here to manually manage recast between Tenable and ServiceNow? Or are these recasted severity levels supposed to be reflected in Modified Severity OOB? I'm just trying to confirm expected behavior, because from what I see it looks like they should be reflected, but they are not. Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you.

We've seen the same behavior in that anything recasted in Tenable does not reflect into ServiceNow. However, we leverage the Risk Calculator within SNO instead of adjusting in Tenable and have a calculator with a manual list of TEN ID's for anything we want to 'force' to a particular severity an Override.
