why assessor or requestor fields are not present in smart assessment record

We wanted to show assessor and requestor in the list view of smart assessments but I can't find those fields in the record. How to achieve it?

ahoy @Amarnadh,

could you possibly provide more context?

Is it about adding field to a list view? Is it a field (what field?) from that table (what table?) or dot walking?

It is not clear what you want to achieve, provide more details to get better answer than my generic one 😛

Hi @Amarnadh

Refer :

KB2662189 User cannot see dot walked field on List view of asmt_assessment_instance_question table

Resolution

Steps to Resolve
1. Add the metric_type field to the List view of the asmt_assessment_instance_question table via the Configure List Layout option. This ensures the ACL script can access the metric_type field, which is required for evaluating access. 2. Verify that the user can now see the dot walked fields in the List view after adding the metric_type field. For reference, consult the KB article: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0529493

Hi  , @Tanushree Maiti Thanks for responding. I am talking about smart assessment. I am able to see the below fields in smart assessment table but I want assessor/assigned to field which I don't see in list layout as well.

Where as I can see it assigned to filed in workspace as below

@glideFather - Can you please look at this image?

ahoy @Amarnadh,

I looked at the image but still am not entirely sure what is the issue, is it something you did and is not visible or you want to add it and don't know how?

It seems to be some custom page or if it is OOTB then I never saw it before so it is difficult to provide any meaningful answer ://

Please try to provide more details, for me this is too vague to know what's it about
