How is business impact on vulnerable item calculated ?

Does anyone know how Business Impact (Business_criticality) on the VIT (Vulnerable item) is calculated.

Yes, i went through this article before, I understand how risk score is calculated. 
But not Business impact.
And i am not able to find the following anywhere in the instance:

• Computed Risk Score - Calculator (London)
• Basic Risk Score - Calculator (Kingston)
