Hey Folks,
We had a batch of deferred records reopened prior to the 'ignore_expiration' date held on them.
I expected these records to be reopened by the 'Check Vulnerable Item and Groups Deferment Expiration' scheduled job when the 'ignore_expiration' is equal to todays date however i'm seeing examples of them being reopened prematurely and i'm wondering if there are other triggers that i may be overlooking/not aware of.
The scheduled job should also be sending notifications to advise of the deferral expiring however i can't see these being sent. This leads me to think that the scheduled job is not what is reopening these records.
Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated!
