Vulnerable items are not getting created from the Qualys Host detection import set

We have enabled the plugin "Qualys Integration for Security Operations" and started with integration. Initially, we ran the knowledge base integration followed by knowledge backfill integration and observed that QIDs were imported successfully.

 

When we started with Host detection and Host List integration. It was completed successfully without any errors. However, no data was imported. On successful integration job completion, we were able to see the XML attachment generated with proper information. However, those details are not getting transformed in to the tables. i.e Discovered Items, Vulnerable Item, cmdb_ci.

 

I would like to know the root cause for this issue.

Have you seen any errors in the logs? I would start with that. What happens when you try to process the file manually? Can you try that?
