I am experiencing issues with inconsistent MFA success/failure. I have experienced this on multiple instances. Sometimes it just takes waiting for the next cycle of passcode. Sometimes it means it doesn't work and then I have to hold for a lockout timeout. Sometimes it works beautifully. It is annoying and can be embarrassing for me and ServiceNow as it has happened in front of clients. Has anyone found a fix or work-around?
