We have tested this SGC in our Dev and Test environments without issue. However, when in Production, we have assigned the role x_crowd_cmdb.user to our "CMDB Admin" group which also contains roles sn_cmdb_admin and other roles necessary for ITOM / CMDB work. With my account, I can see the navigation for all CrowdStrike SGC tables, however, when trying to access the Setup we get error "Security constraints prevent viewing this page". Similarly, when we try to access schedules, data sources, and other tables, no contents are available to see. When we look at these tables, they are only constrained by role "x_crowd_cmdb.user". We are not sure why we can't access the Setup or see data in affiliated CrowdStrike SGC tables. Anyone seen this before?
