Hi Community,
I am currently evaluating the integration between ServiceNow and Claroty xDome for OT/XIoT asset and vulnerability management.
I created a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) to perform a proof-of-concept (PoC) test. However, when I tried to install the "Service Graph Connector for Claroty xDome" and "Vulnerability Response Integration with Claroty xDome" from the Application Manager, the installation was blocked with the following error:
"This application is unavailable on developer instances" (Dependencies: ServiceNow ITOM/OT SU Licensing - Installation blocked)
Since PDI restricts licensing for ITOM/SecOps Store apps, what is the best recommended approach to test or evaluate this integration?
1. Is there any way to request a temporary evaluation license for a PDI to test ITOM/OT/SecOps Store apps?
2. If PDI cannot support this, what is the official path to request a sandbox/demo instance equipped with ITOM & SecOps licenses for PoC purposes?
Any advice or guidance from the community or ServiceNow team would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
