How to hide a specific issue category from Virtual Agent chat?

I want to hide the specific issue category option from the virtual agent chat. Can you please anyone suggest how to remove or hide the specific issue category form the chat options?

Hi @dkgopi123,

 

it looks like a decision branches within a topic.. it's difficult to tell without access to that instance :// try to identify when this choice is given and accordingly search it in your VA configurations... 

 

If not a particular topic's configuration, then it could be a promoted topic but again, very hard to give you meaningful advice with blindfolded view :((
